Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an agency resource, educating client teams on how to develop effective social media campaigns, as well as on social analytics, in order to move the agency forward in the social and marketing space.
  • Develop and handle the implementation of actionable strategies for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Create and implement tactics to establish a strong brand presence for clients on appropriate social media channels and identify opportunities for new tools and channels.
  • Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Plan and implement compelling, original content campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms, trends, tools and applications; recommend subsequent actions.
  • Monitor competitors and trends.
